800m run

then,

5 sets of:
shoulders to OH AHAP + 15 steps (frontward and backwards) OH carry

5 sets of:
deadlifts AHAP + 15 steps (frontward & backwards) above knee carry

Post highest weight achieved per set to comments.

    Deadlift: 95 lbs

    Today is 2 wks of doing GPP workouts and I’m down in lbs and inches.
    -4.9 lbs
    -1.5″ chest
    -1.0″ waist
    -1.5″ hips
    -0.25″ bicept
    -0.25″ thigh
    -0.5″ calf
    Can’t wait to see what a full month will bring! 🙂
