    Looks like I’m sitting this one out today. Will have to modify with some squat sits and I can do the creek jumps and I’ll do some more running. Any other suggestions for modifications?

  2. 32:34 Rx on weight, but the farmer carry wasn’t the best form. I had a hard time keeping my grip on my weights so my shoulders weren’t always pulled back. This was tough today after handstand push-ups yesterday and a whole day tilling and raking the huge weeds in the garden.

    Ended up doing 2mim squat sits, modified Ab medley (used rolled up carpet to support weight at my armpits to lessen pressure on elbow), and then run 1mile. Afterwards thought I could have just done exercise without any weights, Duh!
